3. What the Site is, and isn't

The Site describes FullBook's services and lets you apply for a discovery call. Nothing on the Site is an offer that becomes a contract when you apply. FullBook services are provided only under a separate written agreement, and only to clients we accept. Submitting an application or booking a call creates no client relationship and no obligation on either side.

4. No guarantee of results

Descriptions, examples, and illustrations on the Site, including sample conversations, sample reports, and the calculator, are for illustration only. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offers, team, and follow-through. The calculator performs arithmetic on numbers you enter; it is not a forecast or a promise. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

5. Your submissions

Information you submit must be accurate and yours to give. You permit us to use it as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Text messaging terms

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its text, design, logos, and code belong to FullBook or its licensors. You may view the Site to evaluate our services. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or reuse it without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site: no automated submissions, no false applications, no interference with the Site's operation, and no attempts to access non-public areas.

9. Third-party tools and links

The Site uses tools provided by third parties (hosting, scheduling, analytics, and advertising services, among others) and may link to other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. The Site is not part of, or endorsed by, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

10. Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FULLBOOK AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You will defend and hold FullBook harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes
