[FullBook LLC] ("FullBook," "we," "us") operates thefullbook.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Site or communicate with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover the services we deliver to clients under a separate agreement, or our clients' own websites and patients.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit an application or contact us, we collect your name, practice name, city and state, role, the services you're interested in, your answers to our qualifying questions, your email address, your mobile number, and anything you type into a free-text field.
  • Information collected automatically. We use cookies and similar technologies to collect device and usage information: pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type, and how you interact with pages. We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel for this (Section 5).
  • Information from our communications. If you call, text, or email us, or book a call, we keep the content of those communications and the details of the booking.

2. How we use information

We use it to review your application and decide whether FullBook is a fit; to contact you about your application, schedule and hold the discovery call, and follow up; to send you information about our services; to run, secure, and improve the Site; to measure and improve our advertising; and to comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

3. Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box on our application form, you agree that FullBook may call and text you at the number you provided, including with automated technology, an artificial or prerecorded voice, and AI-assisted agents, about your application and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. You can ask us to stop calling by telling us during a call or by emailing sales@thefullbook.com. We will not share your mobile number or your text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business (web hosting and form handling, our CRM and messaging platform and its telecommunications providers, email, scheduling, analytics, and advertising measurement), who may use it only to provide services to us; with professional advisers; with authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and with a successor if we sell or reorganize the business. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to show ads to people who visited the Site. These tools set cookies and may collect the usage information described above. You can limit them by adjusting your browser's cookie settings, installing Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and managing ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. 6. Retention

We keep application and communication records for as long as needed for the purposes above, and afterwards for as long as the law requires or reasonable business record-keeping calls for. [Set a period, for example three years after last contact.]

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link and of texts by replying STOP. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and to appeal a decision on a request. To exercise any right, email sales@thefullbook.com. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

9. Children

The Site is for business owners and their teams. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify people we're in contact with.
