How it works
The first 90 days, in plain English.
What happens from the day you sign to the day we review your numbers. After that, you continue month to month. No surprises, no jargon.
Day 0
Kickoff
A 60-minute call: your services, offers, calendar, common patient questions, and who on your team takes consults.
Days 1–10
Build
We write and design the ads, train your AI assistant on your practice, connect the calendar, and run test conversations with you.
Day 10
Live
Ads start. From the first lead, the assistant is answering.
Weeks 2–12
Tune
We adjust targeting and offers weekly, review conversations, coach your consult follow-up, and send your weekly report.
Day 90
Review
We sit down with the numbers: leads, response time, consults booked, show rate, cases closed. From here it's month to month: you decide whether to keep going.
Part 1
Ads that bring the right patients.
We run Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns aimed at people near your practice who are looking for implants, full-arch, veneers, or aligners. We write the ads, design the creative, and build the offers with you. You approve everything before it runs.
- Targeting: your city and the neighborhoods you draw from
- Offers: consult, scan, or second-opinion offers you're comfortable with
- Budget: $50–$75 a day, paid by you to Meta, never marked up
- Ownership: campaigns run in your ad account, and you keep everything if we part ways

Part 2
An assistant that answers in minutes and books.
When someone opts in, your practice's AI assistant texts them within minutes, any hour of the day. It answers common questions from answers you've approved, asks two or three qualifying questions, and offers real times from your calendar. During calling hours it also calls. If the patient wants a person, your team gets the handoff with the full conversation.
What it does
- Texts back within minutes, day or night
- Answers approved questions: financing options, what a consult involves, parking, insurance basics
- Asks qualifying questions before booking
- Books and confirms on your calendar
- Reminds before the appointment
- Follows up with quiet leads for 30 days
What it won't do
- Diagnose or give clinical advice
- Quote treatment fees unless you give it a range
- Call outside calling hours
- Keep texting after STOP
- Pretend to be a person
Text conversation
Part 3
More of those consults become cases.
A booked consult isn't revenue yet. We look at what happens after the assistant books: who shows, who says yes, who goes quiet. Then we fix the leaks.
- Consult-script review: what your treatment coordinator says, and in what order
- Follow-up cadence: texts and calls for the patients who need to think about it
- Reminders that cut no-shows
- A weekly report you can read in a minute
Sample layout, not results.
What we need from you
Three things. That's the whole list.
About an hour at kickoff.
Someone on your team to take booked consults.
Fifteen minutes a week to read the report and answer our questions.
Questions
Four things owners ask about the plan.
How fast can we launch?
Onboarding takes 7 to 10 days from kickoff. In that time we build the ads, train the assistant on your practice, connect your calendar, and test everything with you. Ads usually go live around Day 10.
What happens after 90 days?
You get a plain review: leads, response times, consults booked, show rate, and cases closed, against what you invested. If it's working, you keep going month to month. If it isn't, we say so. Either way, your ad account, your leads, and your conversations stay yours.
Do we have to change our phone system or software?
No. The assistant texts and calls from a dedicated number for your practice, and it books into a calendar that syncs with Google or Outlook. Your phones, your practice management software, and your team's routine stay as they are; your front desk enters the consult the way they do today.
Who owns the ad account, the leads, and the conversations?
You do. Campaigns run in your Meta ad account, and every lead and conversation lives in a system you have access to. If we part ways, you keep all of it.
